Ocean Ridge

Our works at Ocean Ridge, Seabrook, were to install a new retaining wall to replace a partially collapsed cribbing wall. The Civil Engineering team were contracted to complete the project in 14 weeks, carrying out site clearance and excavating 25mtrs of footings before pouring them with C20/25 concrete.

 

The Tobermore secura grand system was used to construct the new retaining wall, which is now at a full height of 3.8 meters.

 

To ensure proper drainage, filter drains and weep holes were installed, and the mass behind the wall was filled with No Fines concrete.
