Hever Castle Golf Club

We were approached by Hever Castle Golf Club to assist in the installation of a new 6 meter, fully automated, ornamental tracked sliding gate at the prestigious club.

From the outset, we knew that this was going to be a fully collaborative project that would involve close cooperation from our whole team. Our Groundworks, Fabrication, Fencing and Automation teams all worked together to ensure that the gate was not only installed to the highest standards, but that it also met the specific requirements of the golf club. As a result, we were able to deliver a gate that was not only functional and secure, but also visually stunning and in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the club.

Our groundworks team installed a concrete base that was laid across a roadway, ensuring that it was ducted to a power source and access control posts. They then surfaced the road and reinstated it on top of the concrete base, guaranteeing a smooth and sturdy surface.

Our fabrication team took care of the ornamental sliding gate, manufacturing a curved top with Fleur de lis rail toppers. They also made inbuilt sliding gate rollers, support roller channels, and support posts, ensuring that the gate would be both functional and attractive.

Finally, our fencing team installed the gate, with our automation team fitting a heavy-duty operator, free exit ground induction loop, entry and exit keypads, and safety edges and photocells for anti-crush. This gate not only looks beautiful but also provides top-of-the-line security for the property.
